- Reviewed previous meetings.
Highlights include Absenteeism, Notice for absence, website
and mailing list
- Discussed AZA Social
- Tickets to be created by Patrick
and arrangements need to be made to have these distributed
to people.
- By Thursday we should be selling tickets
- AI : Send Patrick the corrected image for the new tickets
- AI : Contact DJ about the event...
- Each member should try and
sell at least 10 tickets.
- AI : Separate people on the list for each executive member
to allow a starting point on the list
- AI : Advertise on the website
the upcoming event
Next Meeting : 3:00 PM Conference
